Production Line Description for narrow and wide mouth glass containers

Our automatic blowing machine is conceived to produce glass containers or bottles with blow‑blow process, for alimentary industry or chemical products up to 5 liters.

Single Section IS MACHINE size 4 ‑ ¼“ e 5 ½“

The section mechanisms are assembled on a solid welded structure and is composed by the following mechanism included on board lubrication circuit, pneumatic circuit and electrical circuit.

The machine concept is to allow a flexible production by separating the process steps.

Teamwork

The hot glass can be feeding by Standard Feeder Mechanism, Slow Gob Feeder and Ball Gatherer Robot.

Safety first

Automatic transferring in 2 steps of the parison through the individual section standard version forming machines size 4 ‑ ¼“ e 5 ½“ and follows the safety norms and is CE Certificate.

Container Blowing Machine 3 steps

The automatic blow molding machine is designed to produce glass containers or bottles with the blow/blow process, or press/blow process for the food industry or chemical industry up to 54 litres production.

The concept of the machine is to enable flexible production by separating the process steps.

Teamwork

The IS wide section blowing machine can be fed by the feeding mechanisms Gob Platinum Feeder Mechanism, Slow Gob Feeder, Gob Feeder e Ball Gatherer Robot.

High automation

The glass transfer occurs automatically in three steps, from preforming to final blowing, via two servo-motorized transfer Take Out.

The blowing process

The blowing process takes place in three phases, the first two take place using the enlarged single-section molding machine, while the third phase takes place using a rotary press with two moulds:
